The First Orchard Game

The First Orchard Game is part of HABA’s  ‘My Very First Games’ range and it is designed for children aged 2+. The aim of the game is to harvest the fruit before the raven comes to eat them. It’s a dice throwing game where the throw of the die can determine if you get to move a piece of fruit into the basket or if the raven can take a step towards the orchard.

Unlike a lot of board games, this is a cooperative game, which means that the players work together to harvest the fruit and stop the raven. Everyone either loses together or wins together.

This game comes with solid wooden apples, plums and pears which can be played with separately in pretend play games and activities.
