I would like all customers to be completely satisfied with products purchased from me. If this is not the case, please let me know and I will send you the return address along with instructions on how to send them.
I will refund the cost of the return postal costs on faulty items, along with the cost of the item and the original delivery charge, or replace the product. In the case of damaged goods, please send me photographic evidence of damage to outer packaging and the goods themselves within 5 days. Claims for damages cannot be entertained without this photographic evidence.

Change of mind
Should you change your mind in relation to a purchase, for whatever reason, I am happy to accept returns notified to me within 7 days of receipt. In the case that it’s just a matter of the purchaser changing their mind on the product, the returns are at the sender’s expense. Items must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Once I have received the product, I will refund the purchase in the currency it was paid, less the delivery fee.
