With Christmas fast approaching, it’s time to let you know last minute delivery information.
If you want your toys before Christmas, order them now but please don’t order them after 12 noon on Friday 20th December as it will be much harder/pretty impossible to get your order to you on time for Christmas!
Most orders placed will get delivered within 36 hours of ordering as I use GLS to deliver my orders. When I have packed your order, I’ll send you an e-mail letting you know that your order has been packed. If your order hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of receiving my e-mail, please check this website. Often couriers leave orders with neighbours, if you aren’t home. If your order says ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, click on the signature box to see who signed for it. This box requires you to put in your postcode, however, it doesn’t recognise Irish eircodes, so instead put in your county and you’ll be able to see who signed for your toys and games.
Here are some last-minute tips if you are ordering from me this week:
- If your house is hard to find, then feel free to write directions in the comments box at the checkout. I’ll stick these to the box for the courier to read
- Or, get it delivered to someone you know whose house/business is easy to find.
- Make sure you include the eircode in the address
- Make sure that the phone number you put on your order is one that the courier can ring if he’s finding it hard to locate you.
My shop will remain open over the Christmas season, although I will not be dispatching any orders that come in from 21st December until I resume work again on Monday 6th January. I will be working reduced hours over these two weeks, so please be patient if you do message me.
You can read my year-round Delivery Policy here or my Shipping Queries blog here.
Now all that is left to say is a huge thank you for shopping with me this past year and supporting my small Irish business. I wish you all a very happy Christmas and a wonderful new year.
xx Suzie
I just found your shop yesterday, searching for ” Wooden Jigsaw Of Ireland” for my 5 yr old granddaughter. I hoped to find the Irish/English version that only you have as afar as I can find. Any chance you will be getting it in again. Many thanks.
Hi Martha, I’ve sent you an e-mail reply. Kind Regards, Suzie
